Put the stand where every customer can see it. Do not pick out only the customers you expect to be kind.

Do not offer discounts, freebies or prize draws in return for a review. Google's rules do not allow it.

Common questions about Google review stands
How does a Google review stand work?
Each stand has an NFC chip and a printed QR code, both linked to your business's review page on Google. A customer taps their phone on the stand or scans the code with their camera, and the review page opens. They choose a star rating, add a few words if they want to, and post.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Tapping works on recent iPhones and on most Android phones with NFC switched on. Scanning works with the camera on any smartphone. To post a review they need to be signed in to a Google account, which is Google's rule for every review.
What do you need from me to set it up?
Your business name as it appears on Google and its town or postcode, which you enter at checkout. You can also paste your Google Maps link if you have it to hand. If we are not sure which listing is yours, we check with you before we set anything up.
What if I do not have a Google Business Profile yet?
You need a Business Profile that is live on Google before customers can review you. If you have not set one up yet, email us before you order and we will explain what is involved.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to set up and post your order within 3 working days. Delivery is free to UK addresses.
Can I order stands for more than one location?
Yes. Each location has its own review page on Google, so email us after you order to say which stand is for which location. For more than 10 stands, ask us for a quote.
Will a stand guarantee more reviews?
No, and nobody can honestly promise that. A stand takes the effort out of leaving a review, so a customer who is happy to leave one can do it in a moment. Whether they do is up to them.
Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
No. You pay once for the stand. There is nothing to renew.
What if a stand arrives damaged or does not work?
Email us and we will replace it or refund you.
