Website terms and terms of sale

These terms apply when you use novascaleai.com and when you buy Google review stands from us online. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.

The website is run by NovaScale AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16139762. Our registered office is 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF. You can contact us at hello@novascaleai.com.

Our other services, such as AI receptionists, website chat, lead generation, email campaigns, content and ads, websites and automation, are provided under a separate written proposal or agreement. That agreement applies to those services and takes priority over these terms.

You may use our website to find out about our services and to contact us or buy from us. We may change or update it at any time, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

When you use the website, please do not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with how it works
• use automated tools to copy or collect content from it in bulk
• send us false information, or information about someone else without their permission
• use it for anything unlawful

The text, designs, images and recordings on the website belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view them and share links to our pages, but please ask us before copying them for any other use.

We link to other websites for your information. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

Prices on our website for monthly services are a guide. Your price, what is included and any guarantee that applies are confirmed in writing before you sign up, and your proposal or agreement sets out the full terms.

Any results, examples or estimates on our website, including the missed-call calculator, are illustrations. They are not a promise of what you will achieve.

What you are buying

Each stand is a counter stand with an NFC chip and a QR code. We set it up to open the Google review page of the business you name at checkout. Stands are made for businesses to use at their premises. You can see the details and prices on our Google review stands page.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include delivery to UK addresses. The total you pay is shown before you confirm your payment. You pay in full when you order, through our payment provider's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number. Online orders are for up to 10 stands. For larger orders, contact us for a quote.

Your order

Our contract with you starts when your payment is accepted and we show you your order confirmation. We also email you a confirmation with your order reference. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Setting up your stands

We set your stands up for the business name and town or postcode you give us at checkout, and test each one before we post it. If we cannot find your Google listing, or we are not sure which listing is yours, we will contact you before we set anything up. Please make sure the details you give us are correct. If the details were wrong and your stands need setting up again, we will agree any cost with you before we do it.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. We aim to set up and post your order within 3 working days. Delivery time after that depends on the postal service. If your order has not arrived when you expect it, email us and we will look into it. The stands become yours, and your responsibility, once they are delivered.

If something is wrong

If a stand arrives damaged, does not work, or does not open the right review page, email us with your order reference and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before we start setting up your stands. Email us with your order reference. Once your stands have been set up for your business they are made to your specification, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if a stand is faulty.

If you buy as a consumer rather than for a business, the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Your other legal rights are not affected.

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

If you buy for a business, we are not responsible for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any indirect loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Our website is provided free of charge for information. We are not responsible for any loss caused by relying on it, except where these terms say otherwise or the law does not allow us to exclude it.

Our privacy policy explains how we use the personal data you give us, including the details you enter at checkout.

If you have a question or a complaint, email hello@novascaleai.com and include your order reference if you have one. We aim to reply within 2 working days and will try to put things right quickly.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. The terms on this page when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
